Can anybody please explain what to do n how serious it is?I get sharp pain when I take strain n mostly EOD MRI findings reveal disc dessication with focal postero-central discogenic protrusion at l4-l5 level effacing ventral csf column. No other significant osseous abnormality,Extrinsic neuronal compression or intramedullary signal abnormality seen
