Hello,
This MRI LS spine suggests multiple disc prolapse with major compression at L3 and L4 with bilateral nerve root compression and canal stenosis. Overall this MRI is not normal.
For further management we need to know proper history and clinical examination. Based on the history and examination treatment would be either medical management and rest or if severe may need surgery depending on his history and examination findings. However mri images needs to seen once. So pls visit nearest neurologist once.
