Sir, Please tel me any thing problem in mri ls spine I have disc bulge in 2020 year l4,l5 Up to march 15 2025 iam fine no pain in 5 years I have travel daily my work purpoe in 2 Wheeler daily up and diwn 79 kms on 2 wheeler Morning 1.hour takes Evening 1 hour 45 mins to reach home Iam using belt travelling time. Recent iam gettting pain from 15 days iam taken my mri please tell me sir. I shoul continue my work on 2 Wheeler any furhuer damge will get. Please tell me sir.

If you don't have any weakness in your lower limbs then you can start light work. Avoid lifting heavy weight and forward bending.
