The problem of Fungus persists for 2 or 3 months after Acute COVID19 infection. The fungus initially grows in the sinus and then spreads around the fat of the sinus to reach the eyes and then brain. Endoscopy and Clinical exam is positive only in advanced stage by the time Fungal has spread to Orbits and brain. MRI is the only definitive test for early diagnosis.
