Need opinion on the treatment for the MRI report... Currently admitted to ICU the blood pressure was shoot up to 230/130. Currently it is around 170/100. Need to get better opinion on the treatment. Thanks.

MRI report shows acute infarct. Loss of blood supply to part of brain which occurred recently.  BP could be controlled to 150/90.  Statins need to be added. Blood thinner to be started.
