Hello doctor, I do kegal exercise for last 3 months and drink 1-2 litre water per day. Form last week I feel left side pelvic lower abdomen pain and back pain and smelly Urine. No another symptoms like fever or no burning urine. Is this urine tract infection??? If this is UTI then please suggest some good and safe medicine for this. Feel pain in left side of lower pelvic and pain comes and goes. Please help me. This pain some times feel in left side and some time feel in right side and left side lower abdomen pain with left side testicle pain that comes and goes. No chill, fever, burning sensation and today urine is clear because today I increase my water intake
