I have Ulser in mouth and on tounge from 4 days .it's very paining when I eat something or drink water. pl.suggest some medicine

Since it is very painful you can use lignocaine mouth ointment and also take vitamin B complex tablets.Gargle mouth frequently.

it it persists more than 7-10 days and keeps on reoccuring in many areas better consult doctor to rule out other possibilities like candidiasis
