My 18month old is down with fever and cold from past 3 days and is being treated with crocin ds 3.5 ml as his body weight is 13kgs and 1 ml oxipod and 5 ml zrycold syrup.. But from yesterday he has been refusing to drink or eating anything and his inner mouth looks red and looks like he's developed mouth ulcers..should I start off with multi vitamin and which one?
