I frequently get painfulmouth ulcers whenever i mistakely bite my tongue or cheek.. Currently suffering from 2 painfulmouth ulcers on my tongue... Kindly help

Take becosule capsule daily one for 10 days after food,apply dolo gel over the ulcer with a cotton 2 times after meals.. Drink plenty of fluids, avoid hot, oily spicy  food.. avoid stress and tensions..
