Developed mouth ulcers after 3 days of covishield vaccine. Is there a connection? Which medicine I can take for this. Please help

post vaccination mouth ulcers are very rare as of now,there might not be connection,eating acidic food or any vitamin deficiency use Tab B plex forte for 5 days and take adequate drinking water,it will reduce
