Today morning I noticed mouth ulcer in milky white colour which is painless. Earlier there was a small pimple. On it today it got appeared in white colour. Kindly help. I am attaching image..

This is a mucocele. Don’t touch it and avoid any trauma to it by teeth, fingers etc. Nothing to worry about. It may heal by self or require a minor procedure.
