Is there any home remedy or it needs any medication pls confirm this. Can u explain the reason for this

Mouth ulcer can be due to many reasons If it is due to vitamins deficiency then it can be tackled at home. Also vegetarian and non vegetarian diet changes the advice. I need to as k u some relevant question to know the cause then only i can give advice regarding home treatment.
