  4. Mouth ulcer. Solution for this please.

I have been suffering from mouth ulcer from age of 10 till now which doesn't stops at all. I am not able to eat or drink any things which gives severe pain for me. Cold drinks or street food or food items , chocolate or ice cream . not even home made foods doesn't suits me at all .May the time change of my food time . give me permanent solution for this please.
