Hello. Get Your hemoglobin checked first of all. You may be suffering from anaemia. Take nitric acid 30 - 3 times daily and borax 30-2 times daily. Merc sol 200-once in a week. Drink plenty of water. Drink warm milk at night before you sleep. You will be ok in few days.

Fallow dietery modifications like avoid taking spicy ,hot ,chilly food items , avoid smoking ,chewing beetle nuts , alcohol, take vitamin tablets ,apply local anesthetic to area ,have tender coconut, buttermilk . have lot of fruits and vegetables along with your medication... Consult physician if no improvements they will help you further.
