My mother is suffering from tongue and gum sore from past three weeks.medication didn't help.though reduced but not fully cured.she has a cracked voice too.please help

Hi..ask her to rinse and gargle with betadine mouth wash mixed with warm water twice daily. 1:1 dilution. Regards

If your tongue has white patches and washed away by cleaning your tongue then you have to go for a antifungal course. There are so many sore tongue cause. Better you have to consult your nearby dentist
