From today I am having mouth sores, tongue burning, lips dried, no taste in mouth after brushing in morning. I have a doubt is it because of some soap gone into my mouth or I am using himalaya kapikachu tablets from a week, is it sideeffects of this or what's the solution for the problem. Am not able to take food into my mouth. Is it due to overeating of oranges does it happen.

you can use mucopain gel. apply it at every affected area 4 times a day. apply specially before any food intact. diet properly n drinks lots of water. orange is not responsible for this condition.
