Mouth breather during rest / sleeping.

I am 38 years old man. I fell uncomfortable when tap my mouth. I am also sufferring from snoring. Mouth breather can become a nose breather? Is it reversible??

Snoring / mouth breathing can be due to obstruction in nose and oral cavity. It is called Obstructive sleep apnoea . You are advised to have a general examination including weight and rest of neck measurements and examination of nose and oral cavity.

Commonest cause of mouth breathing is DNS with sinusitis . It is reversible.. Meanwhile take tab Recofast one tab BD and Nasal drops
