Spitting blood from my mouth for the past 1 year. Whenever I spit out blood, I get a headache and feel dizzy. Pls help why is the Reason.

Please visit a physician for examination of mouth. You may need some blood tests like blood counts, bleeding parameters, LFT etc. The differential diagnosis that can be thought of are many. Examination by a doctor and basic blood tests can narrow down the list.
