Mouth & tounge ulcer not healing

I have been facing problems with getting frequent ulcers in my mouth for almost my whole life but they used to come and heal and go but just recently for approx 2 months they haven't been healing and haven't gone since so wanted to know what can be done about this and which speciality to consult for this issue.
