The motion seems black color and am taking IRON tablets for IRON deficiency after consult doctor. And i took peripheral smear test also it was negative. But, why this happened

BLACK STOOL IS DEFINATELY DUE TO IRON TABLET IF UR STOOL REPORT IS NORMAL N NO OTHER SYMPTOMS LIKE PAIN AT ANAL REGION OR CONSTIPATION OR ACIDITY PRESENT...

It is a natural phenomenon as the stools have excess iron it appears blackish

Once u stop iron tablets ur stools ll return to normal color
