Are you facing constipation...if yes then when you strain it happens that the mucosa in that region is thin abd because of which bleefing occurs..need not worry for now..try eating more of roughage and drink water well...if the symptoms persists then better consult a surgeon and also get a stool routine test done so as to see if there is any gross or microscopic blood content...thank you
