Hello Dr my baby is 1 n half month old she doesn't pass motion regularly.. almost 4days once she is passing.. what to do to pass motion

Probably baby hasn't been burped adequately after feeds leading to flatus being passed through stools causing it's drying. If the baby continues to feed nicely and comfortable, no need to panic . Would pass on its own.
