Motion issue for 6 months baby

Hi I started ragi porridge for my girl this Sunday, she has not passed stool last two days. Either she is trying to pass motion. She is feeding well And active too. What can be done to help her pass stool. Pls advise. Thanks

Just wait for few more days if baby is comfortable, increase liquid intake n neopeptine drops for 1 wk.....hope the age is more than 6 mnths
