Hello, we can’t differentiate mosquitoes by their bite marks. Try to prevent mosquito bites by using nets, repellents, fabric roll ons etc.

Mosquito bites cannot be differentiated on the basis of the bite marks. Just try to keep your baby safe from any Mosquito bite because there are many Mosquito borne diseases. Keep baby covered and avoid water collection in nearby area Dengue Mosquito are usually day biters, and grow in artificial collection of water like in tank, tyres, buckets kept for a long time

Press the bite mark, if the mark dissappears for a seconds after you press it and then reappears, the bite is mosquito bite. If there is no change is mark on pressing, it is petechial spot due to dengue.
