Is Venusia Max intensive moisturising lotion a QV cream? Can it be used before using Epiduo on my skin?

Its a intense moisturising cream. Preferably use Venusia Max for the body but not for the face else u may end up with more breakouts coz of the occlusive nature of the cream. U can use Venusia lotion instead on the face after 30 mins post application of Epiduo cream.
