This is a symptom which a lot of people experience. Especially the young crowd. You need to do the following
Do you have hypertension or any other known illnesses?
Check your vision for any accommodation defects
Regularise your sleeping pattern. Don’t stay up very late in the night.
Also do you have acidity issues?
Regularise you eating habits. Have properly timed meals/ snacks to avoid hypoglycaemia.
Last but not the least constantly staring at electronic devices can cause strain in the eyes and headache.
