Morning diarrhoea

I have been having morning diarrhoea for more than 2 years. 2 years before, I was diagnosed with gastroenteritis through endoscopy . Doctor gave me some tablets. But still today it was not cured. I have doubts that gastroenteritis won't stay this much no of days. Symptoms along with diarrhoea are weight loss, dehydration, right side abdominal pain
