More Rashes spread around baby body

My son having more rashes around  my baby body, face, hand, legs. It has increasing last one week itching sensation too.. Doctor told sessional dryness might reason. Hence we using oil autumn cream too.. Picture attached.

Yes looks like dry skin. Apply cetaphil moisturizing lotion. It should be better
