Lmp is last menstrual period Ideally a  patient remembers her last menstural period You can count  back 26 weeks or 26 into 7 days + 5 days to find out your lmp 26 weeks and 5 days divided by 4 will help you calculate your month of pregnancy So you are almost 6 and half months pregnant
