Montelukast sodium chewable tablets 4mg

My son is prescribed with above medication and suggested to chew . He is 2 years old and not chewing. Can we dissolve this medicine in water and give him? How much water to be taken? Please advise

It may be combination of levocetrizine and montelukast. Suspension forms are also available for this combination. So you can ask for syrup or suspension formulation to your pediatrician.
