Moles/Spotson trunk, thighs and buttocks

For quite some time now i have noticed noticed several multiple black marks or moles on the skin. Its unclear whats causing it or how long they have been there. I do have  seborrheic dermatitis and severe skin allergies especially on the feet . Just a little concerned
