My wife told me that her face has 2 - 3 moles before marriage. She got married in 2019. After delivery that was in july 2020. She told me that her face has very much mole marks on her face and they are increasing day by day. What should we do? Is this effect of pregenancy.

For removal of the moles, you can go for dermatosurgery or LASER but that has to be done physically. sunscreen will help to prevent new moles but only to an extent. Some of it is genetically mediated which cannot be altered.
