I have three small moles on one side of the face (cheek) , i want to remove them but they are so thin and skinny like a thin layer of other dark skin so it is right to remove them or not?? If there any complications or harm to the face by mole removal?

Hi Please upload an image of you moles so we can have a closer look and give a better answer moles are easily removed by laser and usually they leave a very negligible mark.  if the moles are more than 5 millimetres in size then they will need to be surgically removed and this might leave a little more prominent mark.
