I have a mole on my nose and I wish to remove it. I searched online for a cream called Dermatend. I would like to know if it's use is recommended.

I have never heard of such a cream which can remove moles. If they claim it can be removed you can try it but at your own risk. No Dermatology books gives such a treatment. Don't consult doctor Google for treatment. Moles can only be removed by a small surgical procedure where we excise it. Electrocautery or CO 2 laser can also be tried.
