Mole has changed

I have a mole since I was born, it had regular borders until I accidentally scratched it 4-5 months ago since then it has irregular border , don't itches, don't bleeds, don't form scabs , hasn't gotten any bigger or enlarged, I'm seriously worried about it, is it cancerous or would become cancerous , please reply soon
