My daughter is 56 years old and she has had a mole just below her right clavicle since childhood . Recently I noticed it had changed shape and a smaller mole had grown joined to the initial one. Both her finger thumb nails have 2 vertical black lines. I am scared as I have heard a lot of cases of melanoma. But my daughter or her husband have no idea .I don't know how to convince them to visit a dermatologist as they think its trivial. Please help us with your diagnosis dear doctor.
