Got an mole like thing by night but it's not like heat puf.. lil bit stone like and had pain when I pressed it... at waist corner next to anus, lill bit radish it appeared by the night and I noticed morning, my yesterday day plan was 2 hrs bike journey with glasses and sitting in an meeting for around 4 hrs... it happens after aa long time till yesterday I'm free at home... and night after get in to home I eye ball is paining and got head ace now im fine wile sleeping I eat chicken biryani., is yesterday day plan and food is reason ? if it's like puff thing OK,but it is like little stone type hard
