After surgery doctor recommended for 6 injection of chemo what is need of this injection and what are the side effects? Does this side effects continue for long span of time? Please guide me

Your tumor has higher chance of residual microscopic disease which may grow and relapse... As surgeon has removed all nacroscopic disease.. Meet in person to diacuss reg chemo toxicity.. It can be nausea vomiting ..alopecia or diarrhoea with bonemarriw suppression leading to decreaaed WBC cells or platelets with onfections or bleeding..

After surgery the residual tumor cells in the blood will be killed by chemotherapy. And it reduces future recurrence. Capox regimen may cause vomiting,  diarrhea and hand foot syndrome. But these side effects temporarily
