When I was eating due to a stone my lower central inciser was became mobile but that teeth is free of caries and a well healthier teeth .. Without extraction can it be restored .

Depends on how much mobility is there. The tooth may have had a gum problem earlier and the stone may have caused additional trauma. X-ray of the tooth to check the bone support is important. The tooth can be saved and there are methods like splitting to stabilise a slightly mobile tooth.
