My 3 month old baby is doing mixed poop from last 15 days. After his DPT 2nd booster. He is on formula feed. He is drinking milk, playing means having no other symptoms. Picture attached for reference. Please consult , it is very important.

This is a normal poop. It’s normal to have change in colour of the motion as the child’s gut motility is more u may see some bile which gives green colour to the stool.if the consistency is normal as is obvious from the image, there is nothing to worry.
