Need more details to address the problem. Would need to consult a cardiologist to get a detailed Echocardiography evaluation done, so that the Heart function (EF) and valve leakage severity can be be assessed. Also in v/ of history of paralysis underlying heart rate abnormality needs to be assessed and managed. Advised to meet a local cardiologist and get evaluation done. Reports can be forwarded later
