DT means Deceleration Time. It tells us how quickly blood flow from the upper chamber of the heart enters the lower chamber during relaxation. It is one of the measurements we use to assess how well the heart relaxes and fills. We interpret it along with the other echo measurements.so no need to worry just for that value alone..if Your final report is normal then no need to worry at all..
