My gynaecologist read the sonography wrong and asked me to take mifepristone and misoprostol for an abortion but i did not bleed at all although i experienced cramps and dizziness. i changed my gynaecologist now but i wanted to know is it normal to not bleed if i take misoprostol when not pregnant? and how long will it take for my cycle to get back to normal?

After misporostol you will not bleed if you are not pregnant To answer the second question you need investigations to understand why your periods are not normal
