Missing periods

Hlo I had a c section delivery on 17th Feb after that I got my first period on 20th April then after in May and June I didn't get my periods and I have tested for pregnancy three times and the test is negative so what should I do should I wait for my periods or go fir testing please response

Pregnancy test done on day 37 counting from day one of the periods rules out pregnancy The delay could be due to lactaion
