Missing Periods 2.5mnths

I have missing my periods for today it was 2 months 27 days. I also checked pregnancy test it's normal. I also did lower abdomen ultrasound and thyroid(TSH) its too normal and my HB is 10.7. What should I do. Can you pls tell me what was the reason for missing periods.
