I have missed my last mensuration cycle and even normally every month it comes with great difficulty and heavy pain. I consulted Dr as well last year and she gave some kind of harmonal or vitamin medicine. After consuming it started whenever I used to miss with good flow. But again it has started same problem? What's the permanent solution? As I don't wanna have medicine every month.

Hi. Need to know your Scan report . If there is no pathology then for some people the dysmenorrhoea is there till delivery happens . For pain you can take tabs every month.
