She missed periods. Done pregnancy test after 10days after missing period but the report is negative. Could there any chance of getting pregnancy if not why she missed periods.

There are two reasons for delay in menses one is pregnancy and other one is hormone imbalance.. Both need to evaluate throughly with sonography and bld test
