Missed periods, negative pregnancy test
I had sexual intercourse but we used protection after 3 years on 6th December.I usually get irregular periods but from the past 2,3 months I had a continuous cycle of 31 days. Last month I got my periods on 12th so this month I should have got them by 13th December but they are late. So I took a pregnancy test today after 4 days of missed Periods and it came out negative. I still haven't got my periods. If anyone could please help me and let me know after how many days should I take the test again so that if I am positive I can get oral medical abortion.
Get a repeat urine test by 20 December. If negative, get a Sonography done. That will surely confirm your pregnancy.
You can take medical abortion kit, but you should know that it may fail or it may lead to incomplete abortion. So the kit should be taken under supervision of a qualified Gynaecologist so that any complications can be tackled.
