Im in a physical relationship and once we had sex without protection but stopped at the correct time. But now i missed my periods and get a white discharge when i press my nipples. I had not takken any pills. Am i pregnant??

Possible but discharge from nipples is usually associated with hormonal abnormalities. Please check with your doctor.
