When the baby s size is of 7 weeks and still there is no heart beat, it's called missed abortion. No it's not life threatening. It need either medical or surgical management. U can opt for either of the two

Where heart beat is not seen after 7 weeks U need an ultrasound to diagnose this It's definitely not life threatening U just need to proceed with termination of pregnancy
